I was kindly sent out a couple of bunches by the British Asparagus group this week, so I decided to make this dish, mainly because I had feta in the refrigerator and believed it would be an excellent concept. Turns out, it was. A fast note about the preserved lemon you don't necessarily need to purchase it particularly for this dish if you do not think you'll use it in anything else (since only an extremely percentage is needed), BUT if you do happen to have some in the fridge, then I highly recommend it as I believe it works amazingly with the feta.
